THK DCMA Series Change Nut

The THK DCMA Series Change Nut is a flanged change nut with a 45° lead angle, designed to convert linear motion to rotary motion, or rotary motion to linear motion, with high efficiency. Its large lead makes it well suited to fast-feed mechanisms driven at low rotational speeds.

The nut is made from high-strength zinc alloy, while compatible multi-thread rolled shafts have hardened, mirror-finished tooth surfaces for smooth, wear-resistant operation.

The DCMA lineup covers sizes from 15T to 50, with dynamic permissible thrust from 2,300 to 28,500 N and dynamic permissible torque from 16.7 to 681 N·m, depending on the model.
