Miki Pulley Posi-Lock

Miki Pulley Posi-Lock is a mechanical shaft lock that uses tapers to couple the shaft and hub. When you tighten the clamping bolt, the wedging action of the taper surface locks the two together securely, without needing a key.

The lineup includes three models to match different needs. The PSL-K has a collar and a smaller inside to outside ratio, which works well for smaller diameter components. The PSL-G is highly compatible with equipment from other manufacturers, making it a good fit when you’re mixing brands in one setup. The PSL-D uses a medium weight design that keeps surface pressure low, letting you build smaller, lighter mounts. All three come in a simple anti-rust version using electroless nickel plating, as well as a stainless steel option. You’ll typically find Posi-Lock used in machine tools, pumps, molding machines, printing machines, palletizing robots, and various tools and jigs.
