THK CFH-AB Eccentric Series Cam Follower

The THK CFH-AB Series is an eccentric cam follower with a grease nipple built in for lubrication. It has an eccentricity of 0.25mm to 1.0mm between the stud’s mounting shaft and the stud head, which allows for slight positioning adjustments just by rotating the stud.

This design removes the need to align the cam follower with the cam groove or perform precision machining on the mounting hole, which cuts down significantly on the time and labor needed for machining and assembly. It’s a practical solution for applications where fine tuned positioning is important without adding complexity to the setup process.

The CFH-AB Series is available in stud diameters from 12mm to 30mm. The basic load rating with cage ranges from 7.87 kN to 45.4 kN dynamic and 9.79 kN to 87.6 kN static, while the full roller version offers 13.4 kN to 67.6 kN dynamic and 19.8 kN to 145 kN static.
