ELM Millet Series Linear Encoders

Elshin Linear Motor (ELM) Millet Series Linear Encoders are open-type optical linear encoders designed for precise position measurement. They use a non-contact optical sensing system for accurate and reliable feedback.

The Millet Series supports 20 μm and 80 μm grating pitches. Resolution options range from 0.02 μm to 5 μm, depending on the configuration. ABZ digital output, 1 Vpp analogue output and absolute value output options are available. The encoder system uses an optical zero position every 50 mm. The stainless steel scale provides consistent performance and can be customised for different lengths and applications.

The Millet Series includes different encoder configurations, with scale lengths of up to 1,000 mm shown in the specifications. It is suitable for precision positioning and feedback in automation, optical equipment, semiconductor equipment and robotics.
