Servotronix EPS-B1 AC Servo System

The Servotronix EPS-B1 is an all-digital AC servo system built on the latest chip technology to improve operation speed, with newly developed speed loop and current loop control algorithms that enhance the servo’s response characteristics. It features a two-level notch filter, external interference suppression, friction torque compensation, and gain switching to maintain stable control across varying load conditions.

The EPS-B1 supports input and output pulse frequencies of up to 4Mbps and is compatible with encoders up to 20-bit resolution, alongside rich internal position, internal speed, and internal torque control functions. This combination of high-speed communication and flexible control modes makes the EPS-B1 well suited for demanding automation applications requiring fast, precise, and reliable servo performance, with future support planned for EtherCAT communication.
