THK MG70 Grease Gun Unit

THK lubrication equipment is built to let you grease LM Guides and related motion components cleanly and efficiently. By swapping out the nozzle, you can use the same grease gun to lubricate a wide range of LM Guide sizes, from small to large, which helps keep maintenance proper and extends service life.

The MG70 Grease Gun Unit is made specifically for use with 70g and 80g bellows cartridges. Its build lets you apply grease straight to internal lubrication points without getting your hands dirty, which makes maintenance a lot cleaner and easier overall.

A slit window on the body also lets you check how much grease is left at a glance, so you can avoid ending up with incomplete lubrication. The MG70 gives you stable discharge pressure and smooth operation, making it a good fit for routine maintenance on LM systems.

It has a maximum discharge pressure of 19.6MPa, a discharge rate of 0.6cc per stroke, and works with 70g bellows cartridges. It measures 235mm in length, excluding the nozzle, and weighs 480g including the nozzle but not the grease.
