THK DPM Series Spline Nut

The THK DPM Series Spline Nut is a low-cost, flanged spline nut made from high-strength zinc alloy by die casting. It is designed for use with THK precision rolled spline shafts, whose tooth surfaces are hardened and mirror-finished for smooth, wear-resistant sliding motion.

Its specially shaped spline teeth provide a large contact area and good concentricity, allowing the shaft to self-center as torque is applied for stable transmission. Rotational clearance is 20 minutes of arc or less, with spline shaft sizes from 12 to 50 mm.
