THK DP Series Spline Nut

The THK DP Series Spline Nut is a low-cost, cylindrical spline nut made from high-strength zinc alloy by die casting. It is designed for use with THK precision rolled spline shafts, providing smooth, wear-resistant sliding motion and stable torque transmission.

Its specially shaped spline teeth offer a large contact area and good concentricity, helping the shaft self-center under torque. With a flange-less cylindrical design, the DP Series provides a compact mounting profile and rotational clearance of 20 minutes of arc or less.

The lineup covers 12 to 50 mm spline shaft diameters, with dedicated rolled shafts available in standardised lengths.
