THK DP Spline Nut

The THK DP Spline Nut is designed for smooth linear motion and reliable torque transmission. It uses a special high-strength zinc alloy made by die casting. The cylindrical design provides a compact and practical solution for spline shaft applications.

The DP has high wear resistance and smooth sliding performance when used with a dedicated spline shaft. The shaft teeth are hardened through cold rolling and mirror-finished. This also helps provide stable torque transmission during operation.

The THK DP Spline Nut is available for 12 to 50 mm spline shaft diameters. Dynamic permissible torque ranges from 19.6 to 1,020 N·m, depending on the model. The DP is a cylindrical type with a keyway for torque transmission.
