THK SVR & SVS Super-Heavy Load Caged Ball LM Guide

THK SVR and SVS are super-heavy load caged ball LM Guides designed for machine tools and demanding linear motion applications. Both use four rows of balls and provide high rigidity and load capacity. The roller-style ball cage also supports smooth, stable motion.

The SVR is the radial type, while the SVS is the 4-way type. Both use deep circular-arc raceways that increase the ball contact area under load. This helps improve load capacity and damping while maintaining high rigidity.

THK SVR and SVS are available in the same size range with standard, long and other block configurations. Options include protectors, side scrapers, seals and LaCS for improved contamination protection. The series is available in sizes from 25 to 65 in the configurations shown in the catalogue, with larger sizes also available.
