THK SPS & SPR Super-Low Waving Caged Ball LM Guide

THK SPS and SPR are caged ball LM Guides for ultra-precise linear motion. Both models use eight raceway grooves, small-diameter balls and ultra-long LM blocks. This combination reduces ball deformation and achieves ultra-low waving with very high rigidity.

The SPR is a radial type designed for loads applied mainly from the radial direction. The SPS is a four-way equal load type and can support loads from different directions. Both models are suited to nanometer-stroke applications and demanding precision equipment.

THK SPR and SPS are available in sizes 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 and 45. The SPR-LR basic dynamic load rating ranges from 22.5 to 178 kN, while the SPS-LR ranges from 15.9 to 126 kN. Both series offer ultra-long LR blocks for applications that require high rigidity and stable motion.
