THK SPH Super-Low Waving Caged Ball LM Guide
THK SPH is a super-low waving caged ball LM Guide for highly accurate linear motion. It uses eight rows of raceways and small-diameter balls to increase the number of load-bearing balls. This helps reduce waving to the nanometer level while maintaining high rigidity.
The SPH uses a ball cage to keep the balls evenly spaced during circulation. This reduces ball-to-ball friction and helps provide smooth motion, low noise and long-term maintenance-free operation. Its four-way equal load design also allows use in horizontal, vertical, inverted and wall-mounted orientations.
THK SPH has ISO-compliant dimensions based on ISO 12090-1:2011. It is available in sizes 25, 30, 35 and 45, with C/LC, V/LV and R/LR block types. Super Precision and Ultra Precision accuracy grades are available.
