THK SCR Caged Ball Cross LM Guide

THK SCR is a caged ball cross LM Guide for accurate X-Y linear motion. It combines two LM rails at a right angle in one LM block. This allows X-Y motion without a conventional saddle and helps create a compact machine structure.

The SCR uses four rows of balls with a 45° contact angle. It provides equal load capacity in four directions and can withstand moment loads. A single LM block also provides higher rigidity than two conventional LM blocks mounted back-to-back.

THK SCR is available in sizes 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 45 and 65. Basic dynamic load ratings range from 14.2 to 253 kN, while basic static load ratings range from 24.2 to 408 kN. Tapped-hole LM rails are also available for selected installation arrangements.
