THK MX Miniature Cross LM Guide
THK MX is a miniature cross LM Guide for compact linear motion. It combines two RSR miniature LM Guide rails at a right angle in one block. This creates a low-profile structure without the need for a conventional saddle.
The MX has four-way equal load capacity. Its 45° contact angle lets the LM block support loads from radial, reverse-radial and lateral directions. This also allows the LM Guide to be used in different mounting orientations.
The THK MX is available in MX5M and MX7WM sizes. Stainless-steel versions provide high corrosion resistance, while a semi-standard rail with tapped holes is available for bottom mounting. Standard LM rail lengths range from 40 to 290 mm, depending on the model.
