THK JR Structural Beam LM Guide

THK JR is a full-ball LM Guide designed to work as a structural component. Its LM rail has a high-flexural-rigidity cross section, allowing the rail to form part of the machine structure. This can reduce the need for a separate mounting base.

The JR uses four rows of balls with a 45° contact angle. It provides equal load capacity in four directions and can be used in different mounting orientations. Its rail can also absorb some mounting error by bending inward or outward.

THK JR is available in sizes 25, 35, 45 and 55, with JR-A, JR-B and JR-R block types. JR-A allows mounting from above, JR-B from below, while JR-R uses a narrower block design. Basic dynamic load ratings range from 27.6 to 121 kN.
