THK HSR Full-Ball LM Guide

THK HSR is a global standard full-ball LM Guide for smooth and accurate linear motion. Four rows of balls provide equal load in radial, reverse-radial and lateral directions. The low-profile LM block also provides high rigidity and stable motion.

The HSR uses a 45° contact angle and supports a well-balanced preload. Its self-adjusting design helps absorb mounting errors while maintaining accurate and smooth movement. The ball arrangement also provides high durability and long-term accuracy.

THK HSR is available in sizes 8 to 150 with a wide range of block types. Options include short, standard and long blocks, flange types, and different mounting configurations. Stainless steel versions are also available for improved corrosion and environmental resistance.
