THK HRX Super-Rigid Full-Roller LM Guide

THK HRX is a full-roller LM Guide designed for ultra-high rigidity and heavy loads. Its extended LM block and increased number of load-bearing rollers improve the static load rating. This makes the HRX suitable for demanding linear motion applications.

The HRX uses four rows of rollers with a 45° contact angle. This provides equal load capacity in radial, reverse-radial and horizontal directions. The guide can therefore be used in different mounting orientations while maintaining high rigidity.

THK HRX is available in sizes 25, 30, 35, 45, 55 and 65. Four block types are available: HRX-C, HRX-LC, HRX-R and HRX-LR. Standard and long block options support different load and mounting requirements.
