THK HRW Wide-Rail Full-Ball LM Guide

THK HRW is a wide-rail full-ball LM Guide for smooth and accurate linear motion. Its wide rail and low profile create a low center of gravity. This makes it suitable for compact machines and single-rail applications.

The HRW uses four rows of balls with a 45° contact angle. It provides equal load capacity in four directions and high rigidity against moment loads. The wide rail also gives strong lateral rigidity without extra side support.

THK HRW has a self-adjusting design that helps absorb mounting errors while maintaining smooth, accurate motion. Models include HRW-CA/CAM, HRW-CR/CRM and HRW-LRM. Sizes range from 12 to 60, with different mounting and block configurations available.
