THK HR Full-Ball LM Guide

THK HR is a separate-type full-ball LM Guide designed for compact and accurate linear motion. It uses two rows of balls and a low cross-sectional height. The guide provides four-way equal load when two rails are installed in parallel.

The HR has a 45° angular contact structure and self-adjusting capability. This helps absorb mounting errors and allows smooth, accurate motion even with preload. Its clearance can also be adjusted relatively easily during installation.

THK HR is available in heavy-load and ultra-heavy-load types. The standard HR covers sizes 9 to 60, while HR-T covers sizes 20 to 50. Stainless steel versions are also available for improved corrosion and environmental resistance.
