THK HMG Straight-and-Curved Full-Ball LM Guide
THK HMG is a straight-and-curved full-ball LM Guide for continuous movement between straight and curved rails. It combines the technologies of the THK HSR LM Guide and HCR Curved LM Guide. The same LM block can travel through both rail sections smoothly.
The HMG allows straight and curved rails to be combined into different layouts. It can create O, U, L and S shapes for flexible machine design. Straight-curved seals also help prevent foreign materials from entering the guide.
THK HMG is available in sizes 15, 25, 35, 45 and 65. The series uses a flange design with bolts mounted from above and below. Basic dynamic load ratings range from 2.56 to 66.2 kN, while basic static load ratings range from 4.23 to 66.7 kN.
