THK GSR-R Rack-and-Pinion LM Guide
THK GSR-R is a separate-type full-ball LM Guide with an integrated rack. The LM rail and rack are made as one piece. This combines linear guidance and drive functions in a compact design.
The GSR-R uses two rows of balls for smooth linear motion. Retainer plates keep the balls in place when the LM block is removed. Its inclined LM block automatically applies the correct preload when the mounting bolts are tightened.
The integrated rack reduces machining and assembly work. It also saves machine space and supports long strokes by joining standard rail sections. THK GSR-R is available in sizes 25, 30 and 35, with GSR-T-R and GSR-V-R block options.
