THK CSR Cross Full-Ball LM Guide

THK CSR is an integral full-ball LM Guide designed for precise X-Y motion. It combines two LM rails at right angles in a single block. This eliminates the need for a conventional saddle and creates a compact orthogonal guide system.

The CSR uses four rows of balls with a 45° contact angle. It provides four-way equal load and high rigidity against moment loads. Its block and rail are precision-machined to provide high orthogonal accuracy, with perpendicularity controlled within 2 μm per 100 mm.

THK CSR is available in sizes 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 and 45. The standard CSR has basic dynamic load ratings from 10.9 to 100 kN. A compact long-block CSR-S type is also available in sizes 20, 25 and 30.
