THK RW Double-Row Angular Contact Roller Ring
THK RW is a double-row angular contact roller ring designed for high-rigidity rotary mechanisms. Its double-row structure uses more small-diameter rollers to increase rigidity and load capacity. It can support loads in different directions.
The RW provides high rotational accuracy, with wobbling accuracy of 2 μm. Mounting holes are built into both the inner and outer rings. This allows the ring to attach directly to shafts and housings.
THK RW is available in RW228, RW297 and RW445 sizes. The basic dynamic load rating ranges from 58.4 to 214 kN, while the basic static load rating ranges from 158 to 647 kN. Accuracy grades include P5, P4, P2, USP and TSP.
