THK RT High-Speed Roller Ring
THK RT is a high-speed roller ring designed for fast and accurate rotary motion. It uses rollers for high rigidity and has two axial rows and one radial row of rollers. The design supports both inner-ring and outer-ring rotation.
The RT uses a roller contact structure that helps reduce heat generation during high-speed rotation. It achieves a Dpw·N value of 300,000. The permissible rotational speed is up to 1,290 min⁻¹ for RT228, 990 min⁻¹ for RT297, 660 min⁻¹ for RT445 and 440 min⁻¹ for RT665.
The THK RT has mounting holes in both the inner and outer rings. This allows direct mounting to shafts and housings without additional mounting components. It is available in RT228, RT297, RT445 and RT665 sizes, with basic dynamic load ratings from 41.7 to 187 kN.
