THK RE & REV USP-Grade Cross-Roller Ring
THK RE and REV are USP-grade cross-roller rings for high-precision rotary motion. Both use a two-piece inner ring and are designed for inner-ring rotation. Their high rigidity makes them suitable for precision rotary mechanisms.
The RE uses a spacer retainer for low friction and stable rotational torque. The REV uses a full-roller design and is suited to low-speed applications with higher loads. The REV can also be used with all-metal specifications.
The USP grade provides ultra-high rotational accuracy. RE models have basic dynamic load ratings from 33.1 to 264 kN, while REV models range from 40.8 to 321 kN. Both series are available in several sizes for demanding rotary applications.
