THK RBU & RBUV Cross-Roller Ring
THK RBU and RBUV are cross-roller rings for accurate rotary motion. Their integrated inner and outer rings improve rigidity and allow both inner-ring and outer-ring rotation. A single bearing can support radial, axial and moment loads in all directions.
The RBU uses a spacer cage between the cylindrical rollers. This gives low friction and stable rotational torque. The RBUV uses a full-roller design and is suited to lower-speed applications with higher loads. It can also be used with all-metal specifications.
RBU dimensions are interchangeable with existing RB cross-roller rings. No detailed adjustment is required during installation, which helps reduce assembly time. RBU models are available from 20 to 190 mm shaft diameters, while the RBUV covers the same model range.
