THK RA & RAV Thin Cross-Roller Ring

THK RA and RAV are thin cross-roller rings designed for compact rotary mechanisms. Their thin inner and outer rings help reduce the size and weight of swivelling units. Both models use a separable outer ring and provide high rigidity and rotational accuracy.

The RA uses a spacer retainer to separate the rollers. This helps reduce friction and provides stable rotational torque. The RAV uses a full-roller design, making it suitable for low-speed rotary applications that require higher load capacity.

THK RA models are available with shaft diameters from 50 to 200 mm. The radial basic dynamic load rating ranges from 5.10 to 25.8 kN, while the basic static load rating ranges from 7.19 to 54.7 kN. RAV is also available as a full-roller type for higher-load applications.
