THK BWH High-Speed Double-Row Angular Contact Ball Ring
THK BWH is a high-speed double-row angular contact ball ring designed for high-speed rotary motion. It uses balls as the rolling elements in a two-row configuration. This gives the BWH high rigidity and rotational accuracy similar to a cross-roller ring.
The BWH supports both inner ring and outer ring rotation. Its integrated inner and outer ring design also provides large load capacity. THK reports continuous operation at a Dpw·N value of 300,000 with a temperature rise of less than 15°C under its test conditions.
THK BWH is available in models BWH141, BWH165 and BWH250. The series has basic dynamic radial load ratings from 58.4 to 214 kN and basic static radial load ratings from 158 to 647 kN. It is suited to rotary mechanisms that require both high speed and high rigidity.
