THK BNS-V Series Precision Ball Screw/Spline

The BNS-V Low-Inertia Model is a combined ball screw and ball spline product that integrates ball screw grooves and ball spline grooves on a single shaft.

A dedicated support bearing is built directly into the outer periphery of both the spline nut and ball screw nut, resulting in a compact and rigid structure with reduced inertia.

By independently rotating or stopping each nut, this model can perform three types of motion using a single shaft:
1. Rotational motion
2. Linear motion
3. Spiral motion

This makes the BNS-V suitable for advanced automation systems requiring multi-axis motion control in a compact mechanism.
