THK ER Series Precision Linear Pack

Precision Linear Packs are ultra-thin, lightweight linear guides designed for applications that require high positional accuracy and smooth linear motion. Their compact structure makes them ideal for precision measuring instruments, semiconductor manufacturing and inspection equipment, and other systems where space is limited and accuracy is critical.

Model ER is a slide unit manufactured from a precision-formed stainless steel plate that is heat-treated and ground for high accuracy and durability. Balls roll between V-shaped grooves machined on the outer rail and inner block, enabling smooth sliding motion. The balls circulate within a ball case integrated into the inner block, allowing infinite linear motion in an ultra-thin, lightweight design.
