In a cross-roller guide, precision rollers are arranged alternately at right angles, allowing the guide to support loads in multiple directions with excellent rigidity. These guides are especially suitable for precision equipment where clearance-free motion and structural stiffness are critical.

The VRG Model Cross-Roller Guide incorporates a proprietary rack-and-pinion cage alignment system that prevents cage misalignment and ensures stable, smooth motion. Compared with the standard VR model, the VRG features a higher number of rollers, resulting in a higher basic load rating, while maintaining the same mounting dimensions as the VR, allowing easy replacement or upgrades.
