DIR Series Precision Rotary Ball Screw
The DIR Precision Rotary Ball Screw is a rotary-nut type ball screw in which a simple-nut ball screw is integrated with a support bearing, forming a compact and rigid structure.
The ball screw nut functions as the ball recirculation mechanism using deflectors. Balls travel along the deflector grooves mounted inside the nut to the adjacent raceway, then return to the loaded area, enabling continuous infinite rolling motion.
This design provides smooth rotary-to-linear motion conversion with stable performance, making it suitable for precision positioning applications that require a rotary-nut configuration.
