THK BNK Precision Ball Screw with Finished Shaft Ends

The BNK Precision Ball Screw is designed to meet space-saving requirements through a standardized screw shaft and ball screw nut configuration. The shaft ends are pre-finished to match corresponding THK support units, reducing design and installation effort.

For BNK0401, BNK0501, and BNK0601, a fixed–free support method is used. Other models adopt a fixed–supported configuration, allowing the shaft to be directly coupled to the motor.

Both the screw shaft and nut are compactly designed. When combined with a support unit and nut bracket, the ball screw assembly can be mounted directly onto the machine, enabling easy implementation of a high-precision feed mechanism.
