KSS CGS Series Compact Electric Gripper

The KSS CGS Series Compact Electric Gripper features a built-in ball screw and an ultra-compact design measuring W62mm by H170mm including finger by D25mm. This slim profile allows the CGS gripper to be integrated into space-constrained end-of-arm tooling designs where larger grippers would not fit.

When used with the Servo Driver D6180, sold separately, the CGS Series supports multi-point positioning, gripping force control, centring, and dimensional measurement, giving it functionality beyond simple open and close gripping. The internal configuration is optimised to reduce the risk of grease dripping and ensure stable operation, making it well suited for precision handling tasks where contamination control and consistent gripping performance are important.
