NPM Mgnetic Counterbalance (gLESS™ System)

The gLESS™ Magnetic Counterbalance is a gravity-compensation system designed for vertical linear servo applications. By using magnetic force to counterbalance load weight, the system significantly reduces motor load, power consumption, and heat generation during vertical motion.

This enables smaller motor sizing, improved positioning stability, and energy-efficient operation while maintaining smooth and responsive movement. The gLESS™ system is particularly effective in vertical axes of linear servo stages and shaft motor applications.
