THK BNF2005-5RRG1+410LC5A Precision Ball Screw

The THK BNF2005-5RRG1+410LC5A Precision Ball Screw is a single-nut ball screw designed for smooth and precise linear motion. The flange-mounted nut allows for easy installation in linear motion systems. This THK BNF2005-5 ball screw has a 20 mm screw shaft diameter and a 5 mm lead. It uses a no-preload nut with C5 accuracy and G1 axial clearance of 0.01 mm or less.

The specified model has a 410 mm overall screw shaft length. The BNF2005-5 nut has a 67 mm flange diameter, 56 mm overall length and a mass of approximately 0.57 kg. The BNF Series features a labyrinth seal for contamination protection. The shaft ends can also be machined to suit different mounting requirements.
