THK MG70 Grease Gun Unit

THK lubrication equipment is designed to enable clean, efficient greasing of LM Guides and related motion components. By replacing the dedicated nozzle, the grease gun can be used to lubricate a wide range of LM Guide sizes, from small to large models, ensuring proper maintenance and extended service life.

The MG70 Grease Gun Unit is specially designed for use with 70 g and 80 g bellows cartridges. Its construction allows grease to be applied directly to internal lubrication points without contaminating the user’s hands, improving cleanliness and ease of maintenance.

A slit window on the body enables the user to check the remaining amount of grease at a glance, helping prevent incomplete lubrication. The MG70 provides stable discharge pressure and smooth operation, making it suitable for routine maintenance of LM systems.
