THK FTW / FTW-V Series Flat Roller

he THK FTW Series Flat Roller has two or more rows of rollers in a cage bent at 90 degrees, using rollers 0.7071 times the diameter of the flat-surface FT rollers so an FT or FT-V unit can mount on the adjoining 90-degree V surface at the same height. Precision rollers (JIS B1506 compliant) sit in a lightweight, rigid, press-formed steel cage that minimizes friction and roller skewing. As with the FT Series, the roller travels half the distance of the table due to its position between two raceways. Basic dynamic load rating ranges from 59 to 394 kN and basic static load rating from 220 to 1,804 kN. Suited to large machine tools and high-accuracy grinding and measuring equipment requiring guidance on both flat and V surfaces.
