THK BWH Series High-Speed Double-Row Angular Contact Roller Ring

The THK BWH Series takes the cross roller ring concept and swaps rollers for balls, arranged in two rows between the inner and outer rings. This gives it rigidity and rotational accuracy on par with a cross roller ring, while achieving the best high-speed rotary performance in THK’s history. Because both rings come with an integrated structure and built-in preload, there’s no need to adjust preload during mounting, and the unit can be fixed directly using the mounting holes without a separate holder.

In testing, the BWH Series kept its temperature rise under 15°C while running continuously at a Dpw·N value of 300,000, showing strong stability under sustained high-speed rotation.
