THK HRX Series Full-Roller LM Guide (Super-Rigid)

The THK HRX Series uses rollers as its rolling element for higher rigidity, with a longer metal block and more load-bearing rollers than THK’s earlier roller guide products, giving it an improved static load rating. Each row of rollers sits at a 45° contact angle, so the block carries an equal load rating in all directions, radial, reverse-radial, and horizontal, letting it be used in any mounting orientation.

It’s available in sizes from 25 to 65, across several block types including flanged and long-block designs, with a basic dynamic load rating from 26.3 kN to 257 kN and a basic static load rating from 73.1 kN to 756 kN depending on the specific block type.
