THK DCMA Series Change Nut

The DCMA Model Change Nut features a large lead angle of 45°, enabling high-efficiency conversion between linear motion and rotary motion with an efficiency of approximately 70%. Because of its large lead, the DCMA is ideal for fast-feed mechanisms operating at low rotational speeds, making it suitable for applications where rapid linear movement is required without high motor speed.

The multi-thread screw shafts used with the DCMA are manufactured by cold gear rolling, with tooth surfaces hardened to over 250 HV and mirror-finished, providing excellent wear resistance and smooth operation. Models DCMA40 and above are designed for use with cut screw shafts, allowing flexibility for higher load or customized applications.
