Koganei RAF Series Piston Type Rotary Actuator
The Koganei RAF Series Piston Type Rotary Actuator is a high-precision rotary actuator equipped with a cross roller bearing for exceptional accuracy and rigidity. It delivers smooth oscillating motion from low to high speeds, with a speed range of 0.2 to 7.0 seconds per 90 degrees and a maximum rotation of 180 degrees.
Despite its compact dimensions, the RAF Series produces high torque output and allows workpieces to be mounted directly to the bearing table, keeping the centre of gravity low for stable operation. A large diameter hollow shaft makes piping and wiring easy to route through the actuator. Patented pressure-resistant linear orifice shock absorbers are built in for smooth end-of-stroke deceleration, and locating pin holes come as standard for precise and repeatable installation. All models are RoHS compliant.
