Koganei MRV Cleanroom Series Magnet Type Flat Rodless Actuator
The Koganei MRV Cleanroom Series Flat Rodless Actuator uses an oval tube, magnetically coupled design to deliver an ultra-low profile with a low centre of gravity. The oval piston structure gives the actuator built-in non-rotation and improved moment load capability, so you get stable linear motion without needing a separate external guide mechanism.
The wide operating speed range of 8mm/s to 800mm/s makes it flexible across different automation tasks, and the compact height allows easy integration into space-constrained cleanroom layouts. Optional integrated patented linear orifice shock absorbers are available for smoother end-of-stroke deceleration. All models are RoHS compliant.
