The Koganei MGA Cleanroom Series Mini Guide Sliders feature a heat-treated, ground stainless steel tabletop combined with an integrated 4-point contact linear guide for high-precision, stable motion. Building the guide rail directly into the actuator body keeps the overall size compact while maintaining rigidity throughout the stroke.
Optional locating dowel pin holes allow for quick and accurate installation, reducing setup time and improving repeatability. The field-modifiable design requires no additional parts for configuration changes, and stroke adjustment is available to suit different application requirements. A sensor rail is included with rear piping direction for clean cable routing. All models are RoHS compliant. Well suited for cleanroom assembly, positioning, and transfer applications.
