DP Series Spline Nut
The DPM and DP Spline Nut Models are cost-effective spline nuts manufactured from a special die-cast alloy and used in combination with high-precision spline shafts. Unlike conventional machined spline nuts, the sliding surfaces of these models retain the skin layer formed during the rolling process, resulting in excellent wear resistance.
The mating spline shafts are hardened through rolling and mirror-finished, enabling smooth and stable sliding motion. In addition, the spline teeth are specially designed with large contact areas and high concentricity, allowing the shaft to automatically self-center when torque is applied. This structure ensures stable and reliable torque transmission in a wide range of applications.
