The Yamaha LCMR200 Linear Conveyor Module is a next-generation direct-drive transport system designed to transform conventional conveyor flow into an intelligent, high-precision positioning platform. Powered by a high-performance linear motor and controlled via the YHX controller, the LCMR200 enables active position transport with independent slider control, high-speed movement, and superior repeatability.

Unlike conventional belt or chain conveyors where all parts move together at a fixed speed, the LCMR200 allows each slider to be controlled independently, enabling variable speed zones, precise stopping positions, and synchronised handoff between process stations along the same track. Engineered for medium-weight transfer applications up to 30kg payload, the LCMR200 significantly reduces tact time, floor space, and mechanical complexity while improving overall production throughput and flexibility.
