NTN UCFL2 Series Flange Bearing Unit

The NTN UCFL2 Series Flange Bearing Unit is designed to provide reliable shaft support in industrial machinery and equipment. It features a cast housing, two-bolt rhombus flange and set screw locking for secure shaft mounting.

Elshin offers the UCFL202JDL and UCFL204-012 models. The UCFL202JDL is designed for a 15 mm shaft. It features a pressed steel cage, with an oil groove and lubrication holes in the outer ring. The UCFL204-012 is designed for a 3/4-inch (19.05 mm) shaft. It is an inch-bore version of the UCFL2 Series.

The two-bolt rhombus flange provides secure mounting while allowing easy installation in space-limited applications. The set screw locking system helps secure the bearing to the shaft.
