The NTN ASPP204 Pillow Block Bearing Unit is designed for reliable shaft support in industrial machinery and equipment. It features a pressed steel housing and set screw locking for secure shaft mounting. The ASPP204 is designed for a 20 mm shaft diameter and uses an AS204 bearing with a PP204 housing. It has a 98 mm overall length, 76 mm mounting dimension and M8 mounting bolts.
The pressed steel housing provides a lightweight construction, while the pillow block design allows the bearing unit to be mounted directly onto a flat surface. The set screw locking system secures the bearing to the shaft.
