NTN ASFD2 Series Flange Bearing Unit

The NTN ASFD2 Series Flange Bearing Unit is a light rhombus flange bearing unit designed for reliable shaft support. It features a cast housing, two-bolt flange and set screw locking for secure shaft mounting. Available models include ASFD202 and ASFD205. The ASFD202 is designed for a 15 mm shaft, while the ASFD205 is designed for a 25 mm shaft.

The ASFD202 has a 81 mm overall length, 63 mm mounting dimension and M6 mounting bolts. The ASFD205 has a 95 mm overall length, 76 mm mounting dimension and M8 mounting bolts. Both models are maintenance-free type. The compact rhombus flange design provides secure mounting while the set screw locking system secures the bearing to the shaft.
