The SMAC LXY Series XY Stage delivers high-speed, precise positioning through a direct drive, zero backlash design. Each axis can be controlled independently for velocity, acceleration, position, and force.
Standard encoder resolution is 5 micrometres, with options available down to 50 nanometres. This makes the LXY series a strong fit for bio-science, medical, and photonics applications, as well as quality measurement in automotive and general industrial automation where fine positioning is critical.
